How to brew non alcoholic beer?
- Brew the same. Once beer is created, bring the beer temperature up to 175 F (79.5 C). Continue the temperature for 15 – 20 mins. Maintain constant temperature to prevent off flavours in your beer.
- Cool beer to 80 F (26.7 C).
- Note your beer will be very bitter. Prevent the extra bitterness, don’t put much bitter hops during the boil. Test with half the bitter hops.
- Heat in vacuum you can use lower temperature 122 F (50 C).
